I found a way to exempt customers who live outside #Japan from paying local consumption tax on Smart Doll.
The way it works is that i need to keep proof to show to the tax officw that i sent Smart Doll to an address outside of Japan. You still need to pay for shipping but at least not the tax^^ Folks who live in Japan will have to pay the tax though ><
