And now it’s time to take a lookie at the food from our recent team trip to Miyakojima Okinawa. It seems that many restaurants went kaput during the pandemic so looking for places to eat (that could fit all of us) was a challenge. But luckily they had some nice supermarkets to stock up on supplies.
When I started to live in Japan, sushi was not my thing and I just ended up eating egg all the time. These days I love sushi - my fave being Engawa which is apparently called Flounder Fin in English. Is sushi a yay or nay for you? Do you have any decent sushi joints in your neck of the woods?
