This is the QC card that goes inside the Torso - we started to put it there for the past few months as we all want to be accountable for the quality that we bring to you. Your Smart Doll comes with a one year warranty against breakages. The card has your serial number and a sticker for each member of staff who worked on the final 4 components. The ones I worked on are now signed. If you have a problem with your Smart Doll then take the card out the body and wave it above your head 8 times. Take a photo of the card and wave it another 8 times this time beside your right ear. Put the card back in the body and then send mail to support with a photo of the card attached and let us know what happened.
