Where possible I try to take time out to sign the Smart Doll bags when requested but I'm not always in the Fulfillment Center. I spend a lot of my time with the team working with them on apparel, production, product development, wig development and so on.
However I get contacted regularly from customers expressing how deeply disappointed they are that they didn't get a signature when they asked for one. They go as far as to express this disappointment on social media too. We do not advertise anywhere that products come with a signature.
So I thought I would put this out there - the best way to avoid disappointment is to avoid ordering anything from us. I am sure that other doll brands would be able to provide a consistent professional service in signing goodies ;-) It does continue to amaze me that even though Smart Doll is the worst quality fashion doll with the worst customer service that we continue to attract the very type of customer that should be shopping with the other superior brands with awesome professional customer service who focus on the customer first instead of the employees.
The majority of my writings are dedicated to discouraging folks from buying our stuff but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any budding marketeers out there with ideas on how to encourage entitled elitist folks to shop elsewhere instead?
