Folks can now choose between pre-built Cortex and Vinyl bodies when buying one of our Culture Japan Smart Doll girls. Folks who want an apparel set can choose from the links that appear after selecting a body type - the link is in the same place as where folks would add option hands or busts etc.
I have also written a post (link currently on the top page of Smart Doll site) and have truncated it a bit for this Instagram post. Please read it to better understand which is best for you. Unless otherwise stated, the head and hands are Vinyl regardless of the body type you choose.
Our mission has always been to cultivate more fans of fashion dolls and I believe that Cortex will play a key role. It’s only been a few days since we enabled both body options and we have already seen a huge influx of newbies choosing Cortex.
Vinyl will continue to be an option for the foreseeable future. There are no immediate plans for Cortex guy bodies.
Cinnamon Cortex is not ready yet which is why you can only choose Vinyl for Mirai and Melody at this moment in time.
