Brekkie at the Tachibana Shikitei Ryokan at Kaga. If you stay at a traditional Japanese Ryokan (inn) - more often than not they will serve a course like this that will leave you in a food coma. If you have any food allergies then best to let them know when you check in. How many of you live with a food allergy and what type? I have an allergy to a fruit called the Durian which causes my legs to run fast in the direction away from it’s location.
