Munching at 4am with hot milk cos jet lag is terrible this time round and the rising sun is not helping lol. I usually take Melatonin but it’s not much help this time. I should not have slept on the plane expecting to get another eight hours of sleep a few hours later. What you do to overcome your jet lag? 今度の時差ぼけは今まで一番ひどい。その代わりに仕事がいっぱいできるけどね。
