The first snow of the year for Tokyo wasn't too bad - most of it melted by the evening. Public transport was thrown into a chaos though.
It's been rather cold in Tokyo however and I have a feeling that we are going to be in for some heavier snow. Back in mid Feb 2014, Tokyo experienced what was apparently the worst snow ever.
Does it snow in your neck of the woods? If so do you get tons of it?

As for the first photo - it's common for dogs to wear clothes in Japan - probably not by the dog's choice though. Do dogs wear clothes in your region too?
