SOAS
On the 13th of April 2010, I gave a talk at the University of London SOAS. Many readers from all over the UK including Wales came along to listen to the talk. Thank you to all those who came - was great meeting you all!

Up until I graduated from SOAS, I never got anything above a C for my grades - average being a D. My teachers at SOAS were passionate about helping their students learn Japanese and with their guidance I managed to graduate with a BA First Class Honours.
After the short visit today, I was starting to wish I can go back to SOAS to study something or other!
The schedule has been packed since a week before I left for Hong Kong last month and I don't think I'll be able to get off this roller coaster for a breather until the end of April. Tis fun work but it unfortunately means less writing - hence the lack of posts. My Twitter account is being more actively updated though.

Once again thanks to all those who came along - was absolutely fantastic to be able to meet all of you. Promise not to leave it 5 years again until I'm back in the UK - I must try to come at least once a year!
