Japan Stamp Rally

I think this could be a Japanese only thing because when I do a search for "stamp rally" I see mostly Japan related results and images.
A Stamp Rally (スタンプラリー) is where one goes round to certain locations to stamp their book with rubber stamps. Each location would have a unique stamp.
While there are prizes to be won from stamp rallys, some people just collect these for fun.
This stamp is located at JR Meguro station.
This is where the stamp is located and comes complete with a diagram of all the different stamps located at JR stations. Can I pull another if-this-was-hackney-london joke regarding the stamp going missing? OK never mind ^^;;;
Close up of some of the stamps. Here we see Ueno Station (many of you come into Ueno from Narita), Nippori (Taking the Skyliner from Nippori to Narita is the best option though as its cheap and the seats recline), Ikebukuro (for some reason a popular place to stay for gaijin visitors), Mejiro etc etc.
Stamps are not just about trains though and there was a recent Zero no Tsukaima stamp rally in Akihabara where the prize was a signed book. The catch was that even though you collected all the stamps, your name was just stuck in a draw.
I can see myself collecting these if they were moe or bishojo characters though ^^;
