This is Full Armor Gundam Mk 2 which comes with GFF 0019 Super Gundam. I've only seen episodes here and there of Zeta so I probably missed it in this coolsome armor - if anybody can tell us more that would be nice.
The legs dont move much and once you put the armor on - the legs hardly move at all! Also had to make a few mods - removed the face plate so that I could touch up the rough paint job and super glued a few its here n there so that the armor doesn't fall off easily. The armor around the neck however is pathetic - it just rests around its head - what sort of armor is that!

Despite the flaws I still think it looks cool - stick it on yer desk at work and you may just impress your boss's boss. Once s/he is impressed - you then maybe able to offer to give it to him/her in exchange for firing your lazy boss.
