Culture Japan EP 1 & 2
On Wednesday 22 September, we recorded the studio part of Culture Japan episode 1 and 2 at the Tokyo MX headquarters. We'll be in the studios every 2 weeks with more guests from the Japanese Pop Culture world. For episode #1 and #2, we had the pleasure of having seiyuu Shiori Mikami join us for some Ninja shenanigans.
You've already read about what goes on in the studios in the Making of Culture Japan episode 0 post so I wont bore you with the details again.
Just like last time, we had a load of industry folks and comrades come over to join in on the fun. After a morning of recording and meetings, some of us then went for a very late lunch at 3PM. That Indian restaurant is good!

Episode 1 and 2 will have some late Wonfes coverage, a tour of the Good Smile Company factory in China, Summer Matsuri, Edo Wonderland and more.
Culture Japan starts its first season next week on Tokyo MX TV Saturday October 2nd at 22:00.
Each episode will then be broadcast across 19 countries in Asia on Animax Asia - subbed in Traditional Chinese and English depending on the region.
