Chinese Food in Japan

Some Chinese food for lunch - 1120 yen. But the Chinese food here has been modified a lot to match Japanese tastes which is why I miss Chinese food back in London. To get "better" tasting food, I need to travel all the way to China Town in Yokohama - but the taste depends on the chef even though its the same restaurant.

The Chinese food in Seattle and LA was great too, many folks told me that San Fran has great Chinese food but when I visited during my times at Amazon/Alexa, I found the food to be rather plain - maybe I just went to the wrong place?

The best Chinese food I've had is not in Shanghai or Beijing but in Hong Kong.
