I think I've mentioned it before but when asked where one should go to look at cute girls in Tokyo - I always give the same answer. Its not Shibuya, Harajyuku or Jiyugaoka but in the Otaku haven Akihabara!
As you can see from these photos taken the other day, Akihabara is filled with gorgeous sweet cute looking 2D girls absolutely everywhere!
