The co-founder of Cospa together with the top marketing guy came over for a visit. You is being expecting Cospa x dannychoo.com.
Hmmm. Looks like they forgot something on the way home - will keep for myself ^^;
Filming for the BBC news at 10 at the office.
This is the reason why I seem to wear Firefox T-shirts all the time - I have a life time supply of samples ^^;
And to all Firefox users out there - remember that you have chosen wisely.
A load of cute foxkeh stickers.
Out n about in the Shimokita area.
Rather cool Evangelion headphones.
Some Popiah. Nice but not as good as the stuff available in Singapore - cant wait to eat a load of it this November for the AFA 09.
Puchi Kyoka is a sweetie.
Having a final gander at the 1/1 scale Gundam in Odaiba before it fell over.
Kagamin takes a break with a cuppa at Starbucks.
Sushi for dindins.
Folks from the AFA over at the office.
A load of folks doing Tachiyomi which means to "read while standing up." Reminds me that I need to pick up some anime and 2D girlie mags.
Kaisen Yakisoba for dindins.
Out n about in Shibuya.
The lovely Haruka Ayase shows us her armpits and convinces us that we need some ocha. Yes please.
She looks really sweet in the Pantene ad below.
Haruka also stared in the recent drama with Kimura Takuya called Mr Brain which I really enjoyed.
Some gift food in the form of Moon cake from Malaysia. Mmmmm.
Ginger pork for lunch.
Picking up some groceries.
A local veggie store.
Got some Blu-Tac type Pritt putty from Amazon for sticking up posters, holding figures in place without their bases, to hold in the eyeballs of my daughters and to temporarily fix stuff in their hands for photo shoots.
Also got a USB charger for the car. Nice n small and lights up blue - also from Amazon. Our previous one would only charge wifeys iPhone 3GS 16GB but not my 32GB for some reason.
Mr James wants to give you 100000 yen if you eat at Mc Dees. See him in action below.
Mc Dees once in a while is actually quite nice. How often do you eat it?
Bowl O ramen.
Unpacking Saber Lily.
Ankake Chahan.
Beef bowl with Kagamin.
Folks who loose their pets would usually put up fliers like this and offer a reward for those who can return the pet. Have you lost a pet before and was you able to find them again (and how?)
Then its more filming for the BBC in Akiba.
Outside the ero media store Lamtarra.
Reminds me that I still have not seen Ponyo yet. How is it compared to previous Miyazaki films? My faves are Majo no Takkyubin (Kiki's Delivery Service)...
And Laputa.
A Stormtrooper Eye view of the BBC filming. Thanks to all those who came along.
BRS.
Akiba Moe Usagi.
Hmmm. Good Smile Racing.
Paking some glasses cleansing tissue, wires, wires and more wires for a trip to Hokkaido.
Arrival at Haneda Airport which is just under an hour away from home. Wish there were more International flights from Haneda. I think it used to be only a domestic airport but have flown to Korea from Haneda before.
Our closest international airport is Narita which takes over 2 hours to get to.
At Haneda preparing to remove a load of bits n pieces from my bod for the security check. Never had any bad experiences at Japanese airports but have in the US where I regularly saw passengers treated like criminals.
I was carrying a bottle of water and about to get on a plane. The security folks called me over and started to go through my stuff while giggling picking out things like a battery saying "Whats this?!" (giggle).
"This bottle of water yours? Drink it for me!" (giggle).
Whats the worst experience you've had at airport security?
The flight from Tokyo to Sapporo in Hokkaido is only an hour n a half.
Managed to sleep most of the way - probably because the flight was about 6AM.
At the hotel business center. I should have installed Firefox for them.
Surprised to see that DC didn't look completely crap in IE7. IE6 however looks completely and utterly broke. No plans to fix anything for IE6 apart from redirecting them to the RSS feed.
How many buttons is enough to clean your bottom - a control panel next to the toilet.
Had a fab time in Hokkaido. Was gorgeous when the sun was out.
At a hot spring. Will post more photos in a seperate post.
Destroying some IDE drives before disposing of.
Snap of Chris's desk.
Licca-chan at Mos Burger. Wanted to have some of her strawberry shake but the queue was too long by the time we finished eating.
Rice burger set. Mmmmm.
At the convenience store looking through the one box toys which include Tetsudo Musume.
Having some afternoon Yuzu tea.
Last nights dinner at Bamiyan.
Wasn't carrying much cash at the time and they didn't take credit cards either. Japan is still unfortunately very much a cash society. One of the main reasons that many places don't take credit cards is because the shop needs to pay a transaction fee which can be from 5-8%.
Checking out Love Plus on the NDS.
My desk this morning. Can you spot my latest figure?
Cameras were made to be dropped and I dropped my Lumix LX3 which broke the LC1 tri-cover cap. Went a few days without the automatically opening cap and it was painful until the new one arrived from Amazon.
