7pm in Tokyo - Meguro
Starting a new series inspired when looking out the plane window on the way back to Tokyo from Singapore - the Pizzicato Five track "Tokyo wa yoru no shichi ji" ("Tokyo is 7PM at night") was playing in my head as Tokyo came into view.
