that's a tough choice.... i'm PRETTY sure it's Card Captor Sakura for me... Haruhi Suzumiya or Lucky Star would be close second but out of all the anime i've seen so far, which is TOO many imo, that's the one i would be happy to watch from beginning to end then die without too much regrets... and yes the 2 movies has to be included to make the series complete....
