Practically share the same sentiments as Tenrou. Not necessarily the super model nor world athlete kind. Just have to be physically fit and healthy. Height doesn't really bother me despite my being 6' even. Though I was a full head taller than my last gf, it didn't really bother me. we did have our awkward moments due to our height difference but we found our ways around it. :P ( View formatted comment » )
Let's see... (rough average a day)
Israel = 7 hours (I lurve this place)
Egypt = 4 hours (gaaah....)
Singapore = 5-6 hours during the F1 weekend
Istanbul = 3 hours (Bloody freezing weather then)
Hawaii = 3-4 hours
Around Metro Manila 3-4 hours (with the pollution and weather in our city, yes, that would be pushing it)
And last but most definitely not least, my favorite place to go around...
Hong Kong - 8 hours minimum purposely getting lost in Wanchai and Causeway Bay, 13 hours longest I could remember.... ( View formatted comment » )
aah.. headphones you say... :D
I have a Sennheiser PX-100 which I always carry around. got it as a Birthday present from my mom 2 years ago. the leather and foam are kind of wearing thin due to age and constant use but still never fading in the sound department.
At home I use a Sony MDR-XD200. Good sound quality, reasonably priced too. and I got it on sale a year ago. :D ( View formatted comment » )
A few years back, my area was slowly turning into decrepit place to live in until one of the premier real estate developers decided to put up a posh commercial/residential complex. Now our land tax has sky rocketed but along with it, I'd say at least, a good change as I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. ( View formatted comment » )
So far, I've managed to use my hobbies to break the ice.
But as far as them knowing, sure they do. My last GF wasnt' that much of an otaku as I was but nonetheless she has her tastes in Anime and Japanese geekery. ( View formatted comment » )
