Will never happen. Think about what happened on this day. Multiply the impact of that disaster by at least 5,000. That would be the sum of what such a ban would create. Modern times seems to desire solutions that bear fruits worse than the problems it's attacking. Such illogical actions perpetrated at those stores are fruits from other solutions to problems.
