I think there is a program called Windows Blinds or something you can use to change themes, which you can either buy, or "buy"

You can use a large variety of programs, WindowBlinds is the best imo. When you got it installed check out http://www.deviantart.com/#catpath=customization/skins/windows&order=9 , lots of good styles on DeviantART
