Welcome to the First Annual DC Vocaloid Awards. Thanks to all the folks who nominated and voted for PVs, songs, and Vocaloids. We had some great entries, but only one in each category could win. So, let's get on with the show!

Winner of "Best Miku PV" goes to:
Yukkurishiteiitene!!!
NND
Winner of "Best Vocaloid PV" goes to:
No one. There were zero nominations for this category. T.T
Winner of "Best Miku Song" goes to:
Ryuusei
NND
Winner of "Best Vocaloid Song" goes to:
Kokoro sung by Kagamine Rin
NND (different video)
Winner of "Best Vocaloid" goes to:
Hatsune Miku Thank you for participating in this year's awards. As a reward, you all can enjoy this fun image. ^^ As an extra, I also have my personal favorites for each category (I kept my personal preferences out of the nomination process). Best Miku PV: Tough one to choose from (so many good ones were made this year), but this ranks as one of my faves. ^^;
Best Vocaloid PV: Actually quite a few choices here, too. But, the one that keeps coming to mind is this one (stick around for the commercial at the end). ^^
Best Miku Song: I know folks will disagree with me on this, but one song continually gets stuck in my head.
Best Vocaloid Song: I have to admit, the quality of this song really hit me, even if I'm not a big fan of this particular Vocaloid.
Best Vocaloid: Do you even need to guess what I'm going to say? ^^; Hatsune Miku Thanks for the continued patronage on "Weekly Miku." Here's hoping for another year of good songs and videos from the Vocaloid family (perhaps Gakupo and the new member will make the nominations, next year). ^_^ Image from Gelbooru.

I like your choices, and in fact I don't recall having ever heard any of them besides monochroact. I really couldn't pick favorites because there are soooo many songs and I like a large number of them and find myself listening over and over and having them stuck in my head.

Your Vocaloid PV choice - I'm guessing that's a parody of something? Why the heck did Kaito have glowing, ah, pupils? O_O
